The projects undertaken by JHC Holdings and its subsidiaries are predominantly 100% owned by YONG founder Peter Huang and his wife Diane Zhang. As part of YONG's "One Stop" service to Peter's developer clients, land owners or high net worth individuals, apart from Project Marketing, Peter may choose to do joint venture as funding partner or development manager for the right project, developer, land owner or people to add more value to them.
